Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for superrishi.com, where we sell subscriptions for the SR Product 360° View WordPress plugin. Short version: we collect only what running your account, your payment and your licence requires, and we sell data to nobody.

What we collect, and why

Your account and orders. Your email address, name, billing address and order history — needed to create your account, take your order and show you your purchases.

Payments. Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card or PayPal details never touch our server; we receive only the confirmation and transaction reference.

Licensing. Your licence key and each subscription’s secret belong to your account. When you activate the plugin on a website, we store that website’s domain name. The plugin then contacts our server about twice a day so we can answer “is this subscription active, and is there an update?” — those requests carry the domain, the plugin version and basic WordPress version information, and nothing else. We collect no data about your shop, your products or your customers.

Newsletter. Your first and last name and your email address, with a confirmation step, an unsubscribe link in every email, and delivery through our email service provider (Brevo).

Cookies. Only the cookies WooCommerce and WordPress need for the cart, checkout and login. We run no advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Account and order records for as long as your account exists, and thereafter as long as bookkeeping law requires. Licence and activation records for as long as the subscription they belong to.

Who we share it with

PayPal, to process your payment, and our email service provider, to send the newsletter you asked for. Nobody else, and never for money.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Deletion is honoured except for records bookkeeping law obliges us to keep.
